This week on Act Out!, as stages are set for the upcoming inauguration, activists across the country prepare to strike, block, march and disrupt. We’ll outline what's happening here in D.C., what's happening where you are, and most importantly, the context of these actions for newcomers and seasoned activists alike. Finally, Samantha Castro dishes on her years of activism experience – from collaborative efforts across the globe to the importance of creative thinking on the front lines. Hers is the kind of insight and inspiration we need for Friday and all the days to come.

It's impossible to resolve a problem if people won't even talk about it. Twenty years into our war on the poor, efforts to shine a spotlight on this crisis have been met with finger-wagging complaints about "being divisive."The "masses" are more divided by class and race than we were a decade ago. Note that the overall life expectancy of the US poor has fallen below that of every other developed nation. Many knew that the years of the Obama administration represented our last chance to shine a spotlight on our poverty crisis. It was worth a try, but didn't work.

Flailing about in the failed box of Capitalism is like flogging a dead horse. The American money grubbing Empire is crumbling and there is no fixing it. Fascism is it's closest ally and it's refuge The paradigm of Anarchy is the only response to the disaster facing humanity. The 'Occupy Movement' must come clean and say it because that is the direction in which it is headed. But above all it is imperative that we free the children from an archaic anachronistic educational government sponsored conspiracy that is destroying the delicate individual minds of the young. The children are not being educated but are rather being trained like we train dogs. Capitalism cannot tolerate a freed consciousness. An ignorant DeVos is ready to continue the training program in an attempt at assuring the continuation of this crude and murderous status quo. The Anthropocene young can be humanities saving grace.

If Democrats stick to the blueprint last week’s elections provided, MAGA could be extinct before the end of the decade.

Virtually every facet of the upper echelons of American society is represented in the emails, from legacy media to academia, Silicon Valley, Wall Street, and Washington DC.
