SCOTUS never ruled that women couldn't vote
The states have the right to determine who can and cannot vote. They always have.
The 15th Amendment prohibits the states and the feds from denying the vote on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
The 19th Amendment probits the states and feds from denying the right to vote on account of gender.
