Next up, a special extended interview with lawyer and historian Jeff Clements, whose latest project pushes to fulfill the American Promise, as yet unrealized and currently chained down by a corporatocracy, a.k.a. mirage democracy. But first, two parties diverged.

The 15th Amendment prohibits the states and the feds from denying the vote on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
